Clubs are often run by a small group of committed people, after some amount of time one or more of this group may wish to move on.

There can be a variety of reasons for this:-

• Family
• Not enough tme
• Changing jobs
• Relocating
• Age

To help overworked volunteers you can share the load by splitting the committee work across the club adminstrative  functions.

• Members
• Secretariate
• Events
• Promotion
• Funding
• Publicity
• Website

Instead of a great deal of the work falling on only a few people, all of the functions can equally be share and most imporanttly they are web based and can be done anywhere where there is web access.
